The purchase of a home can be one of the most stressful event in one’s lifetime. One of the main reasons is you may or may not be kept in the loop so you have to be patient while you are waiting for the process to go through which can make you feel anxious at times. Amazingly this was not the case with Veterans United specifically Lily Farnan and her theme. She kept us in the loop every Step of the way. She let us know what to expect and at the close of the day she would always send an update which was always positive. This made you feel good especially if you’re not sure about what is happening behind the scenes. In addition Veterans United has a very informative website with videos that tells you about the process and what to work on or expect for the next step. Veterans united made my home buying process so much easier with there app. Their site allowed me to keep track of where I was in the home buying process along with the ease of document upload and discretion of what exactly was needed made life easy. The team themselves is very communicative and easy to communicate with whether it be via text, call or email a response is always moments away. Anyone who is designated to help you with which part of the home buying process you are in or with useful information for finally moving is a specialist with their part!
