Loan Officer Jen Huppert hails from the Beijing area, relocating to Hawaii in 2011. She joins us after an exceptional career in the restaurant industry where she oversaw the success of multiple locations. Jen is excited to join the mortgage industry and to work with military members as her husband is currently Active Duty Air Force. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, snorkeling and working as a community interpreter assisting with school, medical and social work interpretation.

My wife Marjorie and I would like to Thank the staff of Veterans United Home Loan very much for accepting us to refinance our home mortgage through you. I was quite impressed to receive a txt call and email after filling out an online application from
MS Jen Huppert introducing herself to be the agent handling our application. we received and immediate quote on the same evening that same day and compared her quote with 3 other lenders. We like her quote because it gives us more breathing room from the old one, so we proceed to go forward with her. She was meticulous on her instructions, directions and guidance getting all our documents submitted correctly in a timely manner. She was very professional and new her job well, she has shown great tact and communicates very respectfully to myself and my wife which made us more comfortable with Veterans United. if we ever run into families and friends trying refinance their homes, we would gladly recommend Veterans United and contact MS Jen Huppert. Jen was exceptionally communicative, patient, and supportive during our first homebuying experience. It could have been so much more stressful, but she took the time to explain everything to us and never seemed inconvenienced by it. I truly felt like she had our family’s best interest at heart and that’s so rare in business today. She gave a great recommendation for a realtor, who was also exceptional. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, honestly.
