Tory Tuttle, originally from Tucson, Arizona, has lived in Hawaii for over 12 years. She brings with her over 16 years of experience in the mortgage industry. She lives on the West side of Oahu with her husband and son. They enjoy hiking with their two dogs and anything outdoors. Tory is passionate about helping her clients achieve their dreams of homeownership and is equipped with the knowledge, skills and experience to assist them throughout their home buying journey.
Working in the finance industry for more than 27 years, and in Oahu for her whole life, Melody provides top-notch financial direction and guidance. Her grandparents, who immigrated to the U.S., instilled in her the value of accomplishing homeownership. What she enjoys the most about her job is seeing that same sign of accomplishment and relief from her borrowers. The joy in their eyes, knowing that what they have worked hard for is now a reality, is why she loves her job. Outside of the office, she and her family love to spend time together and catch up on their favorite Netflix shows and movies.
Aurora “Nani” Serrao is a loan officer at Veterans United Home Loans of Hawaii. She’s lived in Hawaii since 1988 and has family roots in the Oahu area dating back to the 1800’s. Nani served in the Hawaii National Guard, the Army National Guard and the Air National Guard for a combined total of 20 years. As a daughter and sister of veterans, and a veteran herself, Nani truly knows what the military lifestyle is like. She provides understanding and a great knowledge of resources for her military homebuyers. Outside of work, Nani spends time with her three children, her family and close friends, and loves to help others.
Working in the mortgage industry for more than 16 years, and in Windward side of Oahu for her whole life, Tanya is knowledgeable of the area and the financial needs of Veterans and military members, and is fully devoted to her local homebuyers. Since her fiancé worked with the U.S. Coast Guard for 8 years and her father was in the Army, she has a passion for helping her military borrowers accomplish their goals and become a homeowner. At all times, you can rely on Tanya to be there for her clients from start to finish, building long-lasting relationships with everyone she works with. She has two daughters, her oldest is a college freshman in Oregon and her youngest is a first-grader. Together, they have a Mastiff named Lexi, two tortoises and a mini pig. In their spare time, she and her fiancé enjoy going deep sea fishing on their boat. The largest ahi (yellowfin tuna) they've caught so far was 205 pounds.
Alex Tuttle is a loan officer at Veterans United Home Loans of Waipio. He's originally from Phoenix, Arizona, but has lived in Oahu for the past seven years. Alex's father served in the U.S. Army and his grandfather served in the naval forces during WWII. Growing up in a military household has given him a deep understanding and appreciation for Veterans and their families. He looks forward to helping borrowers feel as comfortable and stress-free as possible by using his vast knowledge of the home loan process. When he's not serving those who have served our country, he spends time with his wife, son and two pups, Benny and Gino. He loves to golf, hike, hang at the beach and find his next favorite beer, wine and whiskey.
Lenni Oh is a loan officer with Veterans United Home Loans and brings the best of experience and expertise in the industry. Having been closely associated with the mortgage industry since 2014, Lenni seeks to make a meaningful difference to the community of veterans. With a strong focus on making the entire home loan process easy, stress-free, and enjoyable for her clients, she takes the utmost care to walk them through the process step-by-step. Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, she made the island of Oahu her home for all these years. Currently residing in Aiea, Lenni is passionate about providing financial guidance to help people achieve their dreams of owning a home in Hawaii. Lenni is married and her three children – two boys and a girl – along with three fur babies (cats) make for one big, happy family. When she's not engrossed at work, Lenni is cheering on her sons at a baseball or basketball game or at the dance studio with her daughter. Shopping, cooking, and spending time with family and friends are what she loves to do in her free time.
Loan Officer WeiWei Doseo moved to Hawaii 13 years ago from California and is happy to call The Aloha State home. Having 15 years of home loan experience, WeiWei always looks forward to the personal connections she creates on the job and the experiences with first time homebuyers as they accomplish an important dream. One of her favorite parts of the job is helping homebuyers achieve their goals especially if they thought that buying a home was out of reach for them which happens for far too many Veterans. When she’s not working with Veterans and their families, WeiWei enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband, cooking, reading and cycling.

Ashlyn Nishimura is a Hawaii native and proud military spouse. Born and raised on the island of Oahu, Ashlyn currently lives in Makakilo where she’s been for 9 years. Her husband serves in the Hawaii Army National Guard and is serving on his second tour in Afghanistan right now. Also, having a grandfather who served in the Air Force, Ashlyn understands the struggles military families face and hopes to help ease these problems when they are looking for home loans. She loves meeting prospective homeowners and always looks forward to making new connections with veterans and current military. When she’s not working, Ashlyn and her husband love to travel, take care of their dog Godiva and go to the gym.
Angelia Jackson is a Transaction Coordinator with Veterans United Home Loans and proud active duty Army spouse. Using her everyday experience, Angelia hopes to assist other families and build connections with them in the way only someone who understands their problems can. Whether it’s frequent moves, temporary homes or job challenges, she knows that these situations can be tough, but uses this to push herself every day to help as many families as possible. Her favorite part of the job is helping Veterans and their families close the deal on their “forever home” as she knows the significance of finding that house. When she’s not working, Angelia loves spending time with her husband and three children hiking, snorkeling, skateboarding, and fishing. They are always looking for more ways to enjoy the beautiful island of Oahu.
