Branch Manager Tory Tuttle (NMLS #870114) leads the Hawaii team with over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry under her belt. Growing up, she admired the sacrifice of her grandfather, who served in the Air Force and was even stationed in Hawaii for a time. Tory came to Hawaii herself about 16 years ago from Arizona. Now, she shows her appreciation for military families by using her skills and knowledge to help them achieve their homeownership dreams. When she’s not in the office, Tory loves practicing yoga, running and trying new ways to stay active. In their downtime, you can catch Tory, her husband, their son and their two dogs hanging out at the beach.
A mortgage industry professional of over 20 years, Tanya Au has lived on the windward side of Oahu her whole life. She’s an expert in the financial needs of Veterans and service members, and is fully devoted to her local homebuyers. Tanya’s fiancé worked with the U.S. Coast Guard for 8 years, and her father was in the Army – so she was a passion for helping military homebuyers accomplish their goals of homeownership. She is passionate about building long-lasting relationships with her clients and walking them through the process from start to finish. She has two daughters, three dogs and in her spare time, she enjoys deep sea fishing on their boat. So far their record fish is a 205lb Tuna (Ahi)!
Alex Tuttle is a loan officer at Veterans United Home Loans of Waipio. He's originally from Phoenix, Arizona, but has lived in Oahu for the past seven years. Alex's father served in the U.S. Army and his grandfather served in the naval forces during WWII. Growing up in a military household has given him a deep understanding and appreciation for Veterans and their families. He looks forward to helping borrowers feel as comfortable and stress-free as possible by using his vast knowledge of the home loan process. When he's not serving those who have served our country, he spends time with his wife, son and two pups, Benny and Gino. He loves to golf, hike, hang at the beach and find his next favorite beer, wine and whiskey.
Lenni Oh is a loan officer with Veterans United Home Loans and brings the best of experience and expertise in the industry. Having been closely associated with the mortgage industry since 2014, Lenni seeks to make a meaningful difference to the community of veterans. With a strong focus on making the entire home loan process easy, stress-free, and enjoyable for her clients, she takes the utmost care to walk them through the process step-by-step. Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, she made the island of Oahu her home for all these years. Currently residing in Aiea, Lenni is passionate about providing financial guidance to help people achieve their dreams of owning a home in Hawaii. Lenni is married and her three children – two boys and a girl – along with three fur babies (cats) make for one big, happy family. When she's not engrossed at work, Lenni is cheering on her sons at a baseball or basketball game or at the dance studio with her daughter. Shopping, cooking, and spending time with family and friends are what she loves to do in her free time.
Loan Officer WeiWei Doseo moved to Hawaii 13 years ago from California and is happy to call The Aloha State home. Having 15 years of home loan experience, WeiWei always looks forward to the personal connections she creates on the job and the experiences with first time homebuyers as they accomplish an important dream. One of her favorite parts of the job is helping homebuyers achieve their goals especially if they thought that buying a home was out of reach for them which happens for far too many Veterans. When she’s not working with Veterans and their families, WeiWei enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband, cooking, reading and cycling.
Originally from Santa Cruz, California, Christina moved to Hawaii in 2009 and has been here ever since. Though she has only been with Veterans United since March, she says that “helping Veterans purchase and own a piece of the country they love, serve and protect is the most amazing feeling.” With a background of 5+ years in sales, Christina works hard to give her homebuyers a positive experience. When she’s not helping Veterans achieve the dream of homeownership, Christina and her family of boys are living their own American dream; they love to play outside, travel, and take their children to experience new places and cultures.
Loan Officer Judy Manansala is a mortgage industry professional of over 17 years. Judy is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, but has lived on Honolulu for 18 years. Her grandfather is retired military, and her brother served in the Navy, so she enjoys having the opportunity to help Veterans and service members find a home of their own. Judy feels blessed to be a part of the homebuying journey for so many people, and has developed lifelong friendships with many of her borrowers. Outside of work, she and her husband love to spend time at the ocean. They even went snorkeling in the Great Barrier Reef! Long walks, hiking, traveling, and spending time with loved ones are also among their favorite things.
Loan Officer Baron Obata brings 18+ years of mortgage experience to his role at Veterans United Home Loans. Born and raised in Honolulu, he truly enjoys the experience of helping families and individuals with homebuying. Outside of work he spends time with his 2 cats and enjoys traveling, and outdoor activities like going to the beach, camping, hiking and fishing.
Loan Officer Brad Mendosa has lived in Oahu for 5 years. Originally from Boston, Brad joins Veterans United with an extensive background in hospitality and real estate, and strives to provide outstanding service to all his homebuyers. His top priority is helping people find their next home – he knows that buying a home is one of the most important financial decisions of your life, and he’s happy to help! Growing up, he was very close to his two uncles, who served in the military, and he is excited for the opportunity to help other Veterans achieve their dreams of homeownership. In his free time, Brad loves exploring Oahu’s beaches with his 2 young children, checking out Hawaii’s great restaurant scene and playing golf on Oahu’s beautiful golf courses. He is also a longtime New England Sports Fan!
Loan Officer Andrew Chang, originally from Seoul, South Korea, has lived in Hawaii for 32 years. He comes to Veterans United Home Loans with 6 years of experience in the mortgage industry and great knowledge of owning a home in Hawaii. Andrew enjoys serving Veterans and their families throughout their homebuying journey and doing all that he can to make sure they have the best experience possible. When he’s not helping Veterans achieve the dream of homeownership, Andrew enjoys playing baseball, hiking and swimming.
Loan Officer Daniel Pare is new to the mortgage industry, but comes to Veterans United Home Loans with a wealth of military experience. Danny served over 11 years on active duty in the U.S. Air Force as a Russian linguist, and attained the rank of Staff Sergeant. Knowing the hard work and sacrifice it takes to acquire VA benefits, he is motivated to help our borrowers take full advantage of the benefits they so rightly deserve. He is grateful for the opportunity to help other Veterans utilize their home loan benefits and get into homes they may otherwise not be able to buy. During his free time, he enjoys playing golf and cooking for his friends.
Loan Officer Kennedy Kugle began working in the mortgage industry in 2020, but he’s lived in Kailua, Hawaii for 27 years and graduated from University of Hawaii Manoa with a B.A in Economics. With his expertise in all things local and a passion for serving those who serve, Kennedy is a great resource for those moving to the area. He enjoys educating first-time homebuyers and serving those who serve our country. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to his favorite beaches, traveling and exercising.
Loan Officer Jamie Itamoto joined the ranks of the mortgage industry in November, 2020 after 13 years serving the community as a dental hygienist. Jamie was born and raised in Kaimuki and Kaneohe, but she’s lived in Ewa Beach for over a decade now. She has several family members inthe military, and she’s grateful for the service all Veterans provide to our country. She particularly enjoys being able to help you reach your homeownership dreams and goals! Outside of work, she enjoys music, movies and traveling. But most importantly, she loves spending time with her friends and family –her husband, 3 children and their dog.
Loan Officer Todd Hirashima came to Veterans United after 15 years in the finance industry, where he worked as a consumer loan officer, and an underwriter. Todd was born and raised in Pearl City, HI, went to college in Oregon, and lived in Washington for about 6 years. He returned to Hawaii in 2010, and is excited to help Veterans here make the biggest purchase of their lives. His dad is a Veteran, and he wants to make the buying experience easier for those who’ve served. He’s passionate about making sure homebuyers feel at ease through their loan experience. Outside of work, Todd loves spending time with friends and traveling to new places. He loves trying new restaurants and enjoying the delicious food!

Branch Loan Coordinator Carly Kanoa has 10 years of mortgage experience here in Hawaii. Carly is from Kahalu'u and has lived in the area her whole life. Her grandfather served in the military, and she is excited to help other Veterans achieve their dreams of homeownership. Her favorite part of working at Veterans United is knowing her team truly cares about Veteran Homebuyers and actively practices the company values. Carly has been married for 18 years and has 3 teenage kids – one going away to college this year. They spend most of their free time at sports activities, but she really loves spending a whole day at the beach and watching the sunset.
