MS Jen Huppert introducing herself to be the agent handling our application. we received and immediate quote on the same evening that same day and compared her quote with 3 other lenders. We like her quote because it gives us more breathing room from the old one, so we proceed to go forward with her. She was meticulous on her instructions, directions and guidance getting all our documents submitted correctly in a timely manner. She was very professional and new her job well, she has shown great tact and communicates very respectfully to myself and my wife which made us more comfortable with Veterans United. if we ever run into families and friends trying refinance their homes, we would gladly recommend Veterans United and contact MS Jen Huppert.
