Spencer always responded to our calls, even when he was busy he would call right back. Spencer was professional and courteous and very helpful in walking us through this process. He explained every step and kept us informed! We feel he totally had our very best interests at heart! I really appreciated his honesty as well as i worked with multiple lenders to get the best deal i could for my family. Other Lenders were trying to basically try and get the most money out of me, and only offered better rates when i showed them a competing offer, But not Spencer. Spencer gave his best deal right out of the gate, and continued to offer more discounts to keep closing costs at a minimum. His knowledge about VA loans was excellent and knew of privileges that other lenders knew nothing of.
In the end, Spencer and the Veterans United team won my business and now another lender has to give me $1000 because they couldn't beat it!

As first time home buyers, during the process everything was confusing.. rates, points, terminology, “having a lower rate may not be the best choice” .. etc. Even after closing I’m still not sure if we made the right choice as far as the rate we went with. However, Spencer was awesome! He answered all our questions and responded quickly. Even when he was on vacation he answered my questions I’m sure I’ve already asked (just maybe worded differently.)

Spencer was great from start to finish. I talked to him on the phone over 100 times throughout the process. He answered every question I had, and for the questions that he didn’t know the answer, he found it out for me.

Spencer was and is amazing! He made sure we knew everything that was going on. If I have to do this again I would use Spencer no questions asked!
