Senior Loan Officer Kennedy Kugle began working in the mortgage industry in 2020, but he’s lived in Kailua, Hawaii, for 28 years and graduated from the University of Hawaii Manoa with a B.A. in Economics. He also earned his Master of Business Administration from Hawaii Pacific University. With his expertise in all things local and a passion for serving those who served, Kennedy is a great resource for those moving to the area. He enjoys educating first-time homebuyers and Veterans. Outside of work, he loves spending time with friends and family, going to his favorite beaches, traveling and exercising.

Kennedy Kugle was awesome throughout the whole process! His team even sent us a small housewarming/thank you gift for our new home. He worked with us to start within budget (even in the Hawai’i market) and we were able to get keys to our new home ahead of schedule. He took many of my phone calls outside of “normal business hours” to help keep us on track.
