Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! We are very grateful for our entire loan team. Veterans United made my Husband and I feel so appreciated for his service. All realtors love working with you all, and most sellers that never heard of you, loved you once it was all over and deal was over and completed. The beginning of the process was easy and smooth, but it quickly turned into an unpleasant experience. Be careful of Nathan Anderson NMLS 1406929 and his “Team”. They’ll talk and butter you up ensuring everything is going smooth. But they are quick to make mistakes making delays in closing. Also they failed to have payments sent out in a timely manner causing you to have late fees and more interest charges that you’ll have to end up paying on your own. They will not fix anything or make any attempt to correct their errors. You’ll get passed off to another “Team” member that will just say the same things about how they are taking care of it. But you’ll have to do the leg work yourself. They are just another loan company, nothing sets them a part from any either company. Don’t let the “Veteran” title and formality fool you. They still have yet to reimburse me as they said they would for the late fees and extra interest fees I’ve occurred due to their negligence. Beware of what you’re getting yourself into. I will never recommend or use Veterans United again.
