Amazing. Kept me updated every step of the way and took care of everything. Alex answered every question I had and made this process so easy. I remember in the beginning starting the process I was so nervous and had another loan officer. And he asked me to give him a chance. I’m so glad I did. He is amazing and I would do it again with him as my loan officer. Nothing short of exceptional. I appreciate all his hard work and his continued effort in helping us with our home. We just got the keys for our new home and feel blessed, thankful, exited, happy, humbled and a little nervous. But Kasey and I know that everyone that has been here with us from the beginning has got our backs! Things happen for a reason and timing is apart of that and everything that went down the way it did went smoothly and it all happened at the right time. We know that we can continue to count on all of you with any help we may need in the future with anything regarding our home.
