I was referred by a friend. I don't think I would have come there otherwise. I am extremely pleased with the service I received and so happy VU was recommended by someone I trust. I will definitely recommend VU to friends and fellow service members.
We were recommended to use VU by a close friend of ours. She is a mobile notery and works with a variety of loan officers every day. She said VU was hands down the best out there and she wasn't wrong!
I like the weekly update. It lets you know status of your loan instead of having to call about your loan all the time. I also like that I could sign and view documents online.
