Quick and Excellent Service
There was confusion on who would coordinate the Termite Inspection. VU required employment verification and HELOC statements mid way through he process and then again when we signed documents. Collect the required docs once and not waste our time.
Everything went very smoothly.
Staff personnel were very professional, always kept in contact with you, they guided you thru the whole process and made sure we met each timeline, documents that were required. Met in person the Production Support Manager and Loan Specialists.
