Jose and his team are always professional and respectful and make the home buying process as smooth and seamless as possible. This is the third home purchased with his team.
All I can say, is that if you’re lucky enough to get Mike on your team, your experience will be even better. Veterans United Home Loans is seriously the best loan company to go through and they really have your back. They answer your questions and don’t abandon you when you’ve locked in a home and are closing or in that process. They’re supportive and answer all questions quickly and take care of a LOT of things on their end to make your life easier. I will always recommend. Thank you for helping me obtain my forever home, because I’m so tired of moving constantly and so is my family. You gave us that peace.
Vince, Lindsay, and the staff at Veterans United are professional and treat you like a family member. They make the entire loan process simple, giving complete guidance, always available to answer questions, returning calls quickly and treating us like we are their top priority. They would call us to make sure we always felt comfortable.Every document on line was simply, with Docusign, the app kept us informed of to dos, and everything that was done. They provided names of local insurance companies, moving companies, attorneys, electric, water, sewage, etc. Even kept us informed of closing cost estimates. If you’re a veteran, I 100% recommend this company with Vince Frank.

Process was smooth and straight forward.
During my first house they tried working with me to get it but the sellers dropped us but I was able to get the next house almost immediately with them
I had a pleasurable experience with Veterans United and even after closing on the home, they said they would be there for any questions I would have. My whole team has been great even through the delays by the seller. I would recommend Veterans United to any veterans looking to use their VA loan to buy a house.
Very informative. We had a great experience. The check lists were great! Never ending lists it seemed. But a great way to stay on top of things.

This is my second time working with Mike. Both he purchases were smooth. I have a ‘guy’ in the Mortgage business I trust to get the job done.
I was always under the impression that buying a house would be a very stressful and difficult process. But working with VU completely changed that perspective—it was an unbelievably smooth and straightforward experience. My loan officer, Dustin Johnson, and his team were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and proactive throughout every step. They always kept me informed, answered all my questions promptly, and made sure I understood everything that was happening.Their professionalism and genuine care turned what could have been a nerve-wracking process into something I actually enjoyed. The only downside to closing on my house is that I won’t get to work with Dustin and his team on a daily basis anymore. I truly can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking to buy a home—they made my dream of homeownership a reality, and I’m so grateful for their support.
Danielle made it easy and straight forward with no confusion. Would recommend anybody to work with her and Veterans United.
My team was amazing, specially Tommy Heller. But I do have to say that Carrie Maddox my files person was absolutely horrible and made my experience more stressful and harder than it needed to be. Carrie made me change my home insurance 4 different times within the short period of time of her working with me and did not want to call me at all. I called her multiple times and it went to voicemail with no response later from her. The only way of contact with her was text or email. She also did not explain anything to me unlike my other team members. Everyone in my team was the best and explained everything to me clearly except Carrie Maddox.
