1. Should have informed me that there was such a thing as a 1 time rate reduction if the rates dropped before our final close. I would have at least like to know it was an option for a small fee to reduce my risk. Don't know how far the rates fell because I can not see the VA Jumbo rate. Would be nice in these tough times to have the opportunity now and in the future with a rare reduction to refinance.
Jamie has got to be the best in the business! If she isn’t then I would love to meet the loan officer that can work magic better than she can. I almost feel bad for those who don’t get the pleasure of working with her. She was dedicated to answering tons of questions we had for our first time home buying process and was available outside of normal operating hours to include holidays and weekends. She always responded to calls, texts, and emails without delay throughout the whole process. Words cannot express enough my family’s level of appreciation and how thankful we are for her.
