It was my first home so I am not sure what the process is suppose to be but I will say my experience was great. It was fast, they communicated effectively and answered any questions I had. What could have been a highly stressful situation was just the opposite.

Tim Killday was an exemplary partner. Candidly, this was by far the best mortgage experience. We have purchased several homes over the past 30 years and have never had a more seamless process. Tim's communication skills are unmatched. Not only did he provide all the information that we needed to make a good decision, his delivery was practical, forward-looking and clearly he had our best interests at heart. As a result of this experience, we would choose Veteran's United over and over again. We hope that our mortgage can remain serviced by VU but if not, we will be making every attempt to use VU for other properties. Oh, and I almost forgot about his responsiveness.
