We loved working with Veterans United. The website is user friendly and we loved the loan process teaching videos. It explained all of the different steps and helped us understand the loan language. It brought back memories of being in the military.
A closing team mistake on my home insurance rate caused some unneeded stress but my loan officer Nick was the epitome of a professional throughout. He explained everything exceptionally well and was in constant communication.
