They do not offer competitive rates and are not willing to match other competitive rates. They do not reward you for having good credit but will assist if you have bad credit. They sent all my paperwork to my old address in Maryland.

There was confusion on who would coordinate the Termite Inspection. VU required employment verification and HELOC statements mid way through he process and then again when we signed documents. Collect the required docs once and not waste our time.
