Underwriting document requests are too slow/protracted affecting buyer's decision when to lock causing buyer's missed opportunity for a lower rate (8). Manager, however, is very proactive and decisive in addressing buyer's concerns/ issues (10).
New disclosures seemed to be confusing for all involved but perhaps a little more research prior to them taking effect might have made things a little smoother.
This was my third home purchase, the second using the VA loan, and was by far the best experience I have had.
