I believe ALL individuals who will be in the initial, progress, & final work should be CC'd on every email. This can help save time and offer less hours in front of the computer. The team was knowledge and professional. I was very impressed with the services provided.
The process was filled with needless red tape. For example, I was informed that my business (General Excise Tax) license was expired the day I was to be informed of my closing date. Experience would entail that GET dont technically expire. Furthermore, my taxes from 2012 2015 were submitted, showing my GET license was still active. Again needless stress and frustration, just because the processor was being thorough and trying to eliminate any problems that the underwriter may find. In reality, she/they were second guessing a qualified applicant.
