Everything up to the point of the signing was great. The negative expierence was the last minute notification of owing money. This was not communicated effectively and telling us some stuff had to be changed last minute was unprofessional.

I think the agents should refrain from telling their clients anything that would suggest that a loan has at any level been approved until it is actually approved. I can't tell you how many times I was led to believe that we were close to closing.
