A little confusing being a first time buyer, all-in-all, great experience.
This is my second experience with VU and as before was both professional and conducted with the Ohana spirit.

Exceptional customer service
Nathan and the team were a pleasure to work with. They were very knowledgeable about the VA processes and how to deal with VA loan issues that might have held up traditional lenders significantly. They were also easy to coordinate changes through.
