Emails and electronic document signing has its purpose, the gold standard should be phone and in person communication. This would have decreased the confusion and anxiety felt on my part. When my dissatisfaction was voiced, the team lead and members reacted with concern to address the issue and created a resolution.
They have excellent service, their knowledge of the VA home loan is unmatched. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Rory Tongg and his team were absolutely awesome!! This was our first home buying experience together and it honestly went so perfectly we could not have asked for a better experience! Rory explained everything so well to us from the start that once the process got going it was smooth and actually pretty easy. People say buying a home is so stressful and we can honestly say that was not the case for us! Our process was actually fun! We will highly recommend Rory and his team and veterans United to anyway we can!! We will definitely call Rory for any future purchases as well. We actually think of Rory more as a friend than just "the money guy" who took care of our loan! We could not be happier!!
