This was my first time buying a townhouse, and I have little experience or knowledge with buying a home through Veterans United. The only knowledge I have was through the internet and hearing stories from my friends and their experiences. So I went with it and purchased a home in HI which was expensive, a long process but yet thrilling in the end. The teams that I work with were amazing and very knowledgeable, and I can't thank them enough throughout each step of the way. They made it easy for me, even though I'm in a different state. Our Veterans United team provided us with "EXCELLENT" service! Primarily for their efficient online application process. For example, we were able to upload many varied loan supporting documents for our application. Secondly, this portal has an easy to-do check list, with features to review our loan documents which enabled us to move forward in a very timely matter.
