Veterans United's reputation led me to apply for a VA cash-out refinance with them. The superb service provided by their loan officers and the excellent loan rate and terms I was provided confirmed that I had made the right choice.
After our initial purchase using VU, we thought that process was simple. However, the streamline refi could not have been made easier and the computer program that VU currently has in place for the upload of documents, is priceless. With the unprecedented times we are going through, being able to upload the documents in such a proficient manner in order to close the refi so quickly, made this refi very stress free.

Nani was responsive, knowledgeable, patient and kind. When I wasn’t sure about any particular step of the process she took the time to explain it until I felt comfortable and confident with my decisions. Documents that needed to be signed or uploaded was made easy because of the technology that they have access to. She also sent me short clips about various steps that needed to be completed along the way. These videos were informative and helpful. I’m grateful for her hard work and expertise in putting our packet together so we could buy a home. She helped us close on our home in about a month’s time. Nani was dedicated to having us succeed. We’re grateful that we got to work with her.

Very pleased with outcome
This is the fourth home I’ve purchased. I’ve never had an experience as easy as Veterans United. The loan specialist was fantastic, the website was extremely user friendly and they understand how to best utilize veteran’s benefits. I will never use another lender.
I have worked with a few loan officers in the past and I say.... Veterans United, hands down, had the best loan officer I have ever worked with.
