However, the streamline refi could not have been made easier and the computer program that VU currently has in place for the upload of documents, is priceless. With the unprecedented times we are going through, being able to upload the documents in such a proficient manner in order to close the refi so quickly, made this refi very stress free.
Nani was responsive, knowledgeable, patient and kind. When I wasn’t sure about any particular step of the process she took the time to explain it until I felt comfortable and confident with my decisions. Documents that needed to be signed or uploaded was made easy because of the technology that they have access to. She also sent me short clips about various steps that needed to be completed along the way. These videos were informative and helpful. As first time home buyers, we didn't know much about what to expect and obviously had concerns but the team at Veterans United made the whole process feel like a walk in the park.
