VU made the entire process from day 1 to closing and beyond very smooth and as stress free as it could be. Great to work with!
Improvements can be made. A large lender with shortcomings especially before closing. I think government shutdown issues could've been an obstacle. Please, communicate better or send a rep around when closing.
