My experience working with Veterans United was a super easy process. I was nervous at first, because I was thinking that I’m a young 30 year old, that wouldn’t even know where to go or what to do when it comes to purchasing a home. Veterans United made it very easy, they guide me step by step throughout the entire process. If I didn’t know something or wasn’t clear with anything I bumped into, I would ask and they had the resources and tools to help. All you have to do is make a call and they are there to help! This was a very intense process. Veterans United met my needs, but I haven't heard from anyone since I closed. I called last week to inquire about my payment schedule because it was not included in my paperwork. Luckily, a woman from the Settlement company called me this morning and confirmed that the information was missing from my file and that I should call someone from Veterans United. My rating would have been a 10 if there had been some follow-up.
