As a first time home buyer, I went through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout this process. Lance Hopper and his team went out of their way to make sure I knew what to expect through the process. While I would sometimes be left in frustrating positions waiting on answers, it is also understandable due to holidays. Other than that, the team I worked with did an excellent job with providing solutions and helping me overcome any hurdles we came across. Overall it was a good experience.
