Working with the team has always been a good experience. The only negative thing I could say is when refinancing with the same company for a lower percentage my closing cost was more than when we initially bought the house going throw a realtor.

Very simple and easy to understand. There was no pressure in buying. They really just wanted to educate the Veterans of Hawaii in home buying. Even though it takes 45 days too close on a home. They were there every step of the way.
