The person who absolutely deserves all the praise and accolades is Zach Kieffer. He is the most pleasant, smart, and patient person I have ever dealt with. Time and time again, he never hesitated to answer any question I had. I had a ton of questions. He was well spoken, polite, and explained to me everything that I could ask him. He always answered my emails. He always answered my phone calls. Towards the end of the process, I had several questions. I was nervous. It happened to be on a Saturday. I emailed with the knowledge that he would probably not answer them until he got to his office on Monday. I was totally surprised to see that within an hour, Zach had gotten back to me and calmed me down, and talked me through the problem I was having. He is an asset to Veterans United.
