My experience with Veterans United Home Loans staff was fairly good. An office at my location would have made it a better experience as I prefer to have face to face interaction instead of distance interactions.

The loan process was slow taking about 3 months. Also the was unessary duplication that required our signatures. Overall, the staff at VU was positive friendly and helpful.
