I truly believe that they had my best interest in mind and we ended up with the perfect home.
This is the 5th time I've applied for a home loan (both mortgage and refinance) and I have to say, this was the best experience of all 5. I really liked the personal feel of working with Rylan and his team. They were very responsive to emails, usually answering within a few minutes or hours no matter what day of the week or time it was; and a human being always answered the phone -- no annoying automated call menus to navigate to get a random agent on the other end. The service was great, your rates are terrific, and you are experts at VA loans, making the process easy and efficient for me and my agent. A winning combination! Everything was so great that I even closed a week earlier than expected, which was great. No errors, no mistakes, smooth transaction. Perfect!
My experience with Veterans United Home Loans as being very good. However, Title Guaranty needs to have a check list of documents that need signing. After we meet with the notary to sign all the document, Title Guaranty called and said there were documents missing in the signing so we had to go to their office to sign about 4 more documents to close the loan.
