The loan process was slow taking about 3 months. Also the was unessary duplication that required our signatures. Overall, the staff at VU was positive friendly and helpful.
Something to think about - Some of us older folks don't use the computer nearly as much as the younger generations. A periodic phone check would be helpful for us. Otherwise - thank you very much.
They were fantastic! Any time I had a question or concern, it was immediately answered by Tory or Nani. They were sincere in their efforts to help us during this experience.
