Closing docs were not sent to the title company within the expected timeline resulting in additional time spent waiting on closing day.My boss recieved an email 3 times requesting an employment verification for me after she had already submitted it. To include 2 days prior to closing.

This was our first time buying a home, and of course, using the VA loan.
