I love the online My Veteran’s United portal , I was able to upload all of my documents and sign loan contracts through the portal. Good service and communication
Mr. Crites was great, and so was his team. He may not have been able to talk on the phone a lot, but he made sure I was in the loop with text messages and emails. He also called back anytime I left a message or texted him. He was very kind and thoughtful with my needs and made sure I received the best deal on my new home.
From start to finish a great experience! We wanted to deal with a local person we could see face-to-face, and Veterans United delivered with their San Antonio office. Several people there helped us often to get all of our forms completed and tasks done to move things along for loan approval, and eventual closing. Miguel and Alyssa in particular were available and responsive at all times. We would recommend Veterans United wholeheartedly!
I cannot say enough good about Veterans United! My entire team, including Malachi, Alyssa, and Shanellen went the extra mile in everything they did for us and genuinely seemed excited to help along the way.
