Of course we all know, that a company is only as good as the people that work for them, and in my opinion, we had the best the Hawaii branch had to offer! I can honestly say I will never use a different lender!
The invisible plus is the web portal. Now the picture of the service man sitting on his couch with his phone is a pushing the ease of the process a bit. There is work that gets you off the couch, but it makes the portal makes the work of providing documentation a managable process. The videos are helpful and there is never a point that help is not within one click away and on the visible screen. It helped us stay on track and move quickly through the process.
