With the unprecedented times we are going through, being able to upload the documents in such a proficient manner in order to close the refi so quickly, made this refi very stress free.

When I wasn’t sure about any particular step of the process she took the time to explain it until I felt comfortable and confident with my decisions. Documents that needed to be signed or uploaded was made easy because of the technology that they have access to.
