I was in a very bad place and did not know where to go or what to do. I saw an advertisement about the Veterans United homeowner program and decided to take a chance. I was greeted by Rusty Burney and this guy was amazing. He helped me through the whole process, even when I was tired of my to-do list his encouragement helps me get through. I am now a proud veteran homeowner. His team was absolutely awesome as well, what a team!!!. Thank you so very much
Jeremy Henry is awful at communicating. Called him multiple times for help, barely answered. Veterans United was behind on our closing, so they picked random things to do last minute to make it look like it was our fault that we didn’t close. I had to cancel my flight on Jan 6 and pay $100. This was because Jeremy and his team are awful at communicating and always out of the office and never answered their phones. Jeremy went on vacation half way through our home buying process and never told us. I am staying in the house that we got for a long time. Never want to work with Jeremy again. Made the process very stressful. I don’t know why he was up for promotion.

You fought for me as I shopped around, but ultimately, it felt correct to show that loyalty to Veterans United (for sticking with me for throughout the months (year?)). You were admittedly not the "cheapest" offer, but big picture: the quality of service must be factored in, and that is clearly something you all have (quality). You stuck with Us, and that is something that counts for so much. I am not the easiest client to have (very annoying and full of questions), so here's to having survived putting up with me, haha. I apologize that it's taken so long to leave this feedback, but "better late than never," as they say. :)
My process was quite complicated and often disappointing, lacking organization and communication. I was told one thing, only to be told something completely different. Overall, this process should have been smoother.

If you want good communication, Veterans United representatives who truly act as your advocates, and on-time delivery, Veterans United is the lender of choice. I've always believed in the cliche, Do what you say and say what you do. Veterans United lives and breathes it every day. I am very thankful for the opportunity of homeownership. Admittedly a few years ago, I never thought I would be in this position and Veterans United made it happen. Thank you. I’d like to thank Megan and Michael for helping me achieve homeownership again after 15 years of renting. I love my new home and the mortgage payment is less than the current rent I was paying. Excellent communication and Megan was truly an advocate through the process. Hats off to the team at Veterans United Home Loans. I will never look at my service as an individual accomplishment. I was successful because of those around me. So for everyone I encountered in the Air Force, thank you for making this home possible.
