1. Should have informed me that there was such a thing as a 1 time rate reduction if the rates dropped before our final close. I would have at least like to know it was an option for a small fee to reduce my risk. Don't know how far the rates fell because I can not see the VA Jumbo rate. Would be nice in these tough times to have the opportunity now and in the future with a rare reduction to refinance.
Jamie has got to be the best in the business! If she isn’t then I would love to meet the loan officer that can work magic better than she can. I almost feel bad for those who don’t get the pleasure of working with her. She was dedicated to answering tons of questions we had for our first time home buying process and was available outside of normal operating hours to include holidays and weekends. She always responded to calls, texts, and emails without delay throughout the whole process. Words cannot express enough my family’s level of appreciation and how thankful we are for her. I am unhappy with our title company. While we were closing the entire staff was coming off of vacation after Columbus day to include Mike Nagai only to tell us our closing was later in the day when we already had a scheduled appointment that never transpired. These are just a few issues I am disturbed about.
Christina Squires was outstanding! Not only was she extremely friendly and easy to work with, but I can also tell she was going above and beyond to find ways to lower my overall costs.
