Ryley Lyons was outstanding always answered the phone and answered any and all questions I threw his way.
Jenny Love on the other hand was the complete opposite would not recommend her to anyone. Never once did she answer the phone or ever called me and waited till last minute on a lot of things.
It was such an easy process! Everyone was helpful and easy to work with.
The team was great, courteous, helpful and responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. Everything was excellent, until it wasn’t. The closing date got cancelled and pushed back. I wasn’t notified and it cost me time and money. Overall I would do business with them again, but be more wary of promises they can’t keep.
Veterans United made so easy to purchase my new home. Everything from pre-approval to closing. They so many helpful service that helped to save me thousands .

I can't say enough about how helpful Veterans United was throughout the entire process. From the help with getting ready to purchase, to the concierge service getting utilities etc. hooked up. Outstanding service.

I would tell them if they had a hard time finding a loan, then you were the people to go through. But I would also tell them the difficulty it takes to get through everything you all want and how hard it is to understand some of you.
Maybe I’m wrong, but I expected more from a company with the name “Veterans” United. There are several other companies that I learned of closer to my closing date that offer things that this company did not. Overall it wasn’t a bad process and for the most part the staff responded relatively quickly. Bottom line recommendation, I’d do my research before committing any to a lender. As a veteran we’ve earned any and all benefits, discounts, etc…
