Not much other than thank for taking the opportunity of getting the desire home.
Matt and Brad were a great duo. For nearly everything I felt like all the work was done for me and they took the headache out of first time home buying. Even after closing I feel confident I could get in touch with them if I needed any help with something.
As this was my first time purchasing a home and having no idea what to expect, I had a lot of initial worry about how the process would go. The individuals I worked with made this so incredibly simple to understand and work through that I can’t recommend them enough to anyone going through this process!
I really appreciate all the help Wei Wei gave me she is outstanding and I would recommend her to all Vets. They walked me through the process and assisted me daily. Lisa, the real estate agent was great and insured that I got the best deal and I'm very pleased.

1. Should have informed me that there was such a thing as a 1 time rate reduction if the rates dropped before our final close. I would have at least like to know it was an option for a small fee to reduce my risk. Don't know how far the rates fell because I can not see the VA Jumbo rate. Would be nice in these tough times to have the opportunity now and in the future with a rare reduction to refinance.
Jamie has got to be the best in the business! If she isn’t then I would love to meet the loan officer that can work magic better than she can. I almost feel bad for those who don’t get the pleasure of working with her. She was dedicated to answering tons of questions we had for our first time home buying process and was available outside of normal operating hours to include holidays and weekends. She always responded to calls, texts, and emails without delay throughout the whole process. Words cannot express enough my family’s level of appreciation and how thankful we are for her. Thank you so very much Jamie!!
