My parents are in failing health, and so I thought I would look into buying a house to be nearer to them than I was at 805 miles away. I attempted to look up information on how to file for a VA loan, and somehow I ended up on your website. At first I was skeptical thinking that you might be a scam or something. But, as I soon discovered, you are a legitimate business built upon a core mission to help veterans become homeowners. Thank you for being there for me when I needed you. My parents thank you as well. Until I stumbled upon you, I had never heard of your organization. So, perhaps you can build up your advertising a little more to reach us out here in this busy world of ours.
The VU team made us feel comfortable and appreciated throughout the whole process - from well before we were under contract, to the day we closed, and even beyond.
