Very quick, efficient and knowledgeable staff. Ensured every step of the loan process was explained and ensured updates were provided. After dealing with Quicken loans having a local expert like Chris Cano and his team was a perfect example of "you get what you pay for" the cost were a little higher but the final product was exaclty what was discussed in the beginning.
The processing dragged on and it seemed to be more related to the work hours of the processor rather than any issues the application.
It's been a long journey, about 4 years ago we met Tony when the office was at Wahiawa, our limit back then was about 150-170,000. As the years went by our qualification's and districts expanded. I thank Tony for his credit suggestions.
