Jason Scott was great, he helped my uncle out to the point of going out to the VA hospital while he was in and also had his final signing at his new home because he was still having a tough time getting around. TOTAL ROCK STAR!!!
Everything up to the point of the signing was great. The negative expierence was the last minute notification of owing money. This was not communicated effectively and telling us some stuff had to be changed last minute was unprofessional.
That was the most convenient and smooth house purchase I have ever gone through. We closed well under the normal allocated timeline. Great friendly service who walk through the process every minute of the way.
Rates could be a little better, but acceptable.
