Veterans United was a seamless fit from the beginning. As a first-time home buyer, I had LOTS of questions and after living overseas, I had a lot to work out before my home purchase was finally possible. They were with me the entire way and walked me through every step.
This was my first home buying experience due to PCSing during my career and not wanting to buy where perviously stationed. When I finally decided to buy after retiring from the military, all I kept hearing was "Use Veteran's United". I'll spare you every detail, but from day ONE they made sure if I had any questions/concerns that they were addressed immediately. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I ABSOLUTELY recommend them!

Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! We are very grateful for our entire loan team. Veterans United made my Husband and I feel so appreciated for his service. Our Realtor Isaac and Loan Officier were absolutely amazing and worked with us for years to find the right house.Unfortunately, the people hired for the appraisal made the end of this process extremely difficult.
