Better communication regarding loan status after docs have been submitted is recommended. We went two weeks without any contact from VU regarding our refinance status and then found out that we would close later than initially told.
My home purchase turned out to be extraordinary, the sellers experienced every issue possible in delaying the process but VU did an exceptional job keeping my packet up to date and complete so when the time came we could execute.
