Great people. Polite an knowledgeable
After I signed the closing documents I was called by credit collectors from vu to pay the current month on my old home loan. (I had been advised not to pay by vu). needs to be better communication or tracking system from vu.
VU is not only easy to use and understand, as a veteran, but they provided VA Home Loan seminars. They've gone the extra mile to help vets take advantage of the VA loan program. Thumbs up!!!

I had a great experience. The Veterans United Team is excellent. I was deployed at the time when all the paperwork was getting done for my closing and they helped me thru the process without any delays. Simply excellent.
The staff are more than professional, they explained everything throughout the process, contacting me to provide updates right up to the closing which went very smoothly, thx to Rylan and Nani for a wonderful experience.
I'm all about "personalized customer service" but I didn't get that feeling with VU; 99% of the transaction was done online or over the phone. I understand all about "convenience" but seriously not meeting the people, who are asking personal information from you, until the end of the transaction was nerve-wrecking. We've closed and I still haven't met two of the team's members. If I may make a suggestion: the team involved with the transaction have a meeting with the buyer(s) at least once at the beginning of the transaction.
The staff is very knowledgeable and is more than willing to help you in all aspects of home buying.
They we efficient, organized and always willing to help you. Brooks Onishi, Kai Kalua-Dansbury & Kevin Clarke all helped us with our loan process. They are the best team to work with hands down. If I ever buy another home I would be through Veterans United Home Loans.

I was bothered by having to sign many of the same forms several times by hand and then digitally. There are so many forms to be signed with so much fine print, I wish the process were more refined to minimize resigning (unless information on the form changes due to process).
