The Document Team was awesome the Loan officer it was his first loan but anything that could go wrong did go wrong. But every time we were sure that my realtor and myself had everything done the loan officer would say we didn't, and we would point it out to him numerous times and he did not talk to his team or to his mentor. It was very frustrating, but I still have the loan from Veterans United.
From the start up to closing date, The home loan team are very professional, efficient, work with your schedule and was always there for us whenever we have question or any concerns in a timely manner and always deliver with care. We cannot thank you enough Tory, Nick and Nani. You guys are the best people to work with. We always have the feeling of satisfaction and not worry what happens next because they are there to guide us in a way we understand. Were just speechless and We cant believe we are homeowners now.
