The only thing I would change about your process is to advertise the actual interest rates rather than the lowest that could be purchased with points, I found that misleading. Everything else was a really good experience.

It's hard for me to not come to tears when writing how I feel about my experience with Veterans United and their partners. About 15 feet away my daughter is sleeping soundly in her new room. The joy on her face since I was handed the keys to our new home has given me a relief I have not had in years. It's been a hard road from when I left the Army with severe PTSD and physical injuries. I never could have imagined this experience turning out as great as it has. Veterans United didn't just help me put a roof over our head. They made me feel proud of my service, empathized with my mistakes and recognized how much hard work I have put in to provide a better life for my daughter. They never once made me feel less than because of my mistakes. They only provided solutions on how to resolve them. Highly recommended, especially for those of you like me, who have been working hard to reverse damage from past mistakes.
I would say everyone did the best job we could have imagined. I have two sons who have just recently been honorably discharged from the military. If you are veteran wanting to purchase a home, Veterans United is the only way to go. I was apprehensive about VA home loans, talked to my loan officer Ginny Young who answered every question I had. Of course every concern I had was unfounded. They also have a concierge team helping every step of the way. I really can’t say enough, we closed Friday and couldn’t be happier. Do yourself a favor, sit down with a cup of coffee and call them.
I recommend Veterans United to anyone - veteran or non veteran - looking to purchase a new home. Their streamlined process of setting up an online account allows you to see every step without missing out on any process they require you to do. Their staff we felt was very professional and accurate in every process we went through.
