Therefore, we were really apprehensive about trying another company but once we met Trish she eased our fears. My husband is a retired Army Soldier, who suffers from P.T.S.D. and just about any episode can set him off. However, everything about our home buying process went smoothly. If you are veteran wanting to purchase a home, Veterans United is the only way to go. I was apprehensive about VA home loans, talked to my loan officer Ginny Young who answered every question I had. Of course every concern I had was unfounded. They also have a concierge team helping every step of the way. I really can’t say enough, we closed Friday and couldn’t be happier. Do yourself a favor, sit down with a cup of coffee and call them.

Veterans United made the home buying process for us first time home buyers very easy! They helped us with everything along the way, including setting us up with a realtor in the area we were looking in! They stayed on top of everything and made sure that we were prepared for everything along the way! I love how everything can be done online, the to-do list made things so much easier for me, being able to see what still needs to be done and what has been completed in such a user-friendly fashion. I don’t have any other company to compare them to, but we had such a great experience that I’m sure if we ever buy another home, Veteran’s United will have our business again!
Meghan and her team were absolutely top notch. Very responsive and went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of and went smoothly as possible even in the face of a abrasive seller with numerous unreasonable tactics that could have derailed closing but, thanks to the Veterans United team working closely with the title company, we closed as scheduled and had a very Happy Halloween!

Andrew was a very attentive and available help throughout the entire home buying process. He availed himself often and in ways others from other lending companies hadn’t.The only reason I didn’t rate VU a 10 is because the amount that we were told would be credited to us from VU changed significantly at closing.

This is my second time dealing with Alex and his staff Eric would email and text and if I didn't respond he would call me to make sure all information was passed down...communication was impeccable the process was super easy I literally did 1 % of the work they did the rest they make home buying easy as it should be and I will be calling them in the future to handle anything else or any family member looking to purchase
