Being in Hawaii, some of the partners are located on the mainland so the time difference makes some processes a little more difficult. For example, my concierge was located in Missouri and the security company was located in Washington so I received a few phone calls REALLY early in the morning because they weren't aware that I was in a different time zone, apparently.
Veterans United have top tier loan officers! My advice to anyone using veterans united is to ask as many questions it takes for you to be confident in there service! Home buying is a big step! I feel right at home with veterans united!
