He and his team helped me get through what most would find as a stressful experience with grace and ease. Also, the portal was easy to navigate and nothing ever sat idle in the system. Dalton was the most knowledgeable, courteous and professional person. He stayed in contact throughout the entire process. If I texted, emailed or called he always responded quickly. If it wasn't something he handled the correct person would contact me on his behalf. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER with whole experience!
Yes I would definitely use Veterans United because I was weary about having to pay Appraisal fees upfront without being fully approved but I was told everything looked good with Conditional approval and it all worked out but please beware of Realtors trying to speed things up before Veterans United gives the OK to do it. This my 2nd time with them no problems.
I can't imagine ever purchasing another home without Veterans United by my side. They made the process easy, understandable and no pressure. I knew exactly what I could afford before I even started the journey. With the exception of inspection cost, I really did buy my house with NO MONEY DOWN!!
