Our original experience with VU was exceptional. We felt the refinance started out the same way, but kind of fell off. We were originally told our loan would close in 10 days, we finally closed with only days to spare.
Communication during the refinance was not as dynamic as before. We just felt "forgtte" once the process began, maybe we just fell through the cracks.

When you’re told things should move quickly and then the timeline stretches with quieter communication, it’s easy to feel like you slipped through the cracks. My husband, the Veteran, and me had the best experience with our Loan Officer, Jerry Landrey and his Loan Coordinator, Grace Walther!! They were both so professional and gave easy instructions on all forms needed, by giving us a checklist. They were great at answering any questions that we had. The whole process was a joy because these two were fantastic!!! I will definitely refer VU to other veterans!!! And I will recommend Jerry and Grace to them!!! I give them a grade of A++.
