Very responsive team. Previous loans were very difficult to contact loan officer and underwriter. Not the case here.
Mike and Shawna was always quick with an answer to whatever question I had. They were very supportive, calling and walking me through the parts I didn't understand. I always felt like I was their only client.

Aaron was amazing worked to get me a decent rate and terms. There, was some confusion when other staff got involved. Once they had everything clear to close, everyone evaporated and didn’t hear much from anyone after that. Aaron sent me a text when the property closed. Waiting for further instructions so I can start paying the bill.
This was the easiest experience while searching for a house. All of my team was very responsive and able to answer all of my questions. I was well taken care of and never felt lost during this process. They were always available and very knowledgeable.

I cant say enough about our positive experience and excellent customer service we received with these awesome individuals and Veterans United. The customer portal / app is awesome. You will see exactly what they need from you to submit and just check them off, one by one. Such an awesome experience and I highly recommend.
