Rylan and the Team at VA Hawaii have been like family from day one. Taking a guy who knew nothing about the VA Home Loan process (me) and helping my get a home for my family.The biggest mahalos to them!

I think the agents should refrain from telling their clients anything that would suggest that a loan has at any level been approved until it is actually approved. I can't tell you how many times I was led to believe that we were close to closing.
