At every step of the process I felt everything was pretty much transparent and timely. My only recommendation would be a verbal call to explain the specifics of the escrow portion in relation to the monthly mortgage. I found there to be a learning curve in understanding every financial piece that made up the mortgage. Other than that I enjoyed the ability to docusign everything as I have a very busy schedule being in the military. Overall I was very satisfied with Veterans United Home Loans and would recommend them to my friends and family.

After locking the loan at 3.25 on a Friday something went wrong with the computers and Monday it was lost and we had to relock at a new higher rate 3.375. Granted we still got a better rate than our old 3.75 but it did bother us that something went wrong that couldn't be fixed.

The staff were very pleasant and engaging, they project a truly non-threatening accepting environment. They communicated clearly throughout the process what was required. The use of technology was impressive and innovative compared to previous experiences going through the loan process.
